Sewing Service for Your Slackline Webbing
Couldn't load pickup availability
You have the webbing, we do the sewing. Send us your slackline webbing and we will sew on loops, add a backup loop, or repair a damaged section. Made in Leverkusen, on the same machine we use for our own webbing.
Services
- Sewn loop – 1 loop: A sewn loop with abrasion protection on one end of your webbing. Each loop shortens the webbing by 12 cm.
- Sewn loops – 2 loops (both ends): A loop on each end of your line – the most common setup. Small discount compared to ordering twice.
- T-Loop or M/B Loop: Backup attachment for highlines, sewn directly onto your mainline.
- Repair seam / shortening: We cut out the damaged section and join the webbing cleanly again, or shorten it to the length you need.
Tested quality
Every seam runs on a Brother KE430 bar tacker with a stored stitch pattern – consistent quality on every single seam. Our loop seam meets the ISA requirement of at least 80 % of the webbing’s breaking strength, verified on our own tensile testing machine with a calibrated force gauge.
How it works
- Choose the service and order it.
- Send us your webbing. Please add a note with your order number and what you need (length, position of the seam).
- We sew it and send the webbing back. Return shipping is charged as regular shipping in the cart.
What we do not sew: Webbing with visible UV damage, heavy contamination, or an unknown highline history. If in doubt we will contact you before sewing and return the webbing untouched.
No webbing of your own to send in? Then take our sewn loop together with webbing from our range.
